Blister Forming Station:
- A roll of clear forming film (e.g., PVC or PET) is mounted and fed into the machine.
- The film passes through a dedicated heating station, making it pliable.
- Precisely engineered molds then press into the softened film, creating perfectly uniform cavities (blisters) ready to be filled with honey. The machine is designed to form multiple blisters in each cycle.

- The strip of formed blisters advances along an integrated track to the filling station.

- Dual precision filling nozzles descend to accurately dispense a consistent, measured volume of honey into two rows of blisters simultaneously, enhancing throughput and ensuring product uniformity.

- A roll of lidding material (pre-printed aluminum foil) is fed from its mount.
- This lidding material is precisely aligned over the filled blisters.
- A heated sealing platen, textured to ensure a secure bond, presses the lidding material onto the plastic blisters, creating an airtight and tamper-evident seal for each honey portion.

Cutting & Ejection Station:
- The sealed strip of blister packs progresses to the cutting station.
- A precision die-cutter then cleanly punches out the individual blister packs. This machine is configured to cut two complete blister cards simultaneously per cycle, optimizing output.
- The finished, neatly cut honey blister packs are then ejected via a discharge chute.
- Waste material from the forming film and lidding foil is also managed and ejected, facilitating a clean operational area.
The final product is a professionally sealed, single-serve honey pack, with clean edges and a secure seal, ready for market.
