  • Cutting to Length: Two robust saw blades perform accurate cross-cuts, ensuring the top and bottom bars are cut to the precise specified length.
• Powerful Multi-Motor System: The machine is driven by a total of six electric motors (four 2.2KW motors and two 4KW motors). This configuration provides ample power for all shaping and cutting operations, allowing for consistent performance even with various wood types.
• Precision Processing: The machine processes wood strips into accurately dimensioned top or bottom bars, typically for lengths such as 483mm or 448mm, which are common for Langstroth frames. 
• Operational Sequence: The operator places a wooden strip onto the machine bed. A pneumatic clamp secures the wood. The operator then initiates the cutting cycle, where the saw blade assembly travels across the wood, cutting it to the precise length and shaping the ends as required.
• Output Efficiency: The machine can produce approximately 360 formed top or bottom bars per hour. This output can be significantly increased if two machines are used in tandem, particularly for top bars, by eliminating the need to flip the material for shaping both sides.
• Power Requirements: Designed for industrial application, the machine requires a 3-phase power supply. The standard is 380V, but customization to 3-phase 220V is available to suit diverse regional electrical standards.
• Pneumatic System: Requires an air pressure of ≥0.7 Mpa (customer to provide their own air pump) for the clamping and other automated functions.
